Pricing questions

How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with 14 free days of the full product, hosted or desktop. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and cancelling during it costs nothing.

What's the founding offer?

The first 100 members lock 50% off, at €3/month or €30/year, for as long as they stay subscribed. Enter code FOUNDING100 at checkout while spots last.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your billing portal. Your account stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your data is kept for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

Why isn't there a free plan?

Because every customer gets an isolated database and encryption keys of their own, never a row in a shared table. That costs real money to run, and it's what makes Krosos private. If you want a free option, a spreadsheet is the honest one.

Are there usage limits?

No artificial ones. Unlimited accounts, assets, transactions and history. It's your database.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. The trial means you never pay for something you haven't tested, and EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right. See the refund policy.
